Refund policy

All items listed on our website are currently available for pre-order. Pre-ordering means that the item is not in stock and will be manufactured at the moment of purchase.  

We estimate that all pre-ordered items will ship within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. However, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances or high demand may slightly affect the shipping timeframe. 

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than receiving the wrong size. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and integrity of our products.
